Boost Your Law of Attraction Frequency

If you've been working with the Law of Attraction for any length of time, you know how important your energetic "frequency" is!  A high, strong frequency will attract wonderful experiences and situations, while a low, weak or negative frequency will attract struggle and lack.

It's easy to tell when your frequency is high, because you'll usually feel very energetic, excited, enthusiastic and happy.

In fact, maybe you can remember times when your frequency seemed to be high without any conscious choice on your part, like when you're having fun with friends - or even those rare days when you wake up in a good mood for no apparent reason.

But is it possible to CHOOSE a high frequency rather than leaving it to chance?  ABSOLUTELY!

Below are a few easy ways to boost your frequency on purpose:

1)  Physical activity.

Exercise is not only good for the body - it's good for the energetic frequency!  One of my favorite ways to start the day is by engaging in brisk activity like walking or light weight training for 15-30 minutes.  I focus on breathing deeply, flooding my body with energizing oxygen and working my muscles to burn off any stagnant energy.  Then I sit quietly and stretch, visualizing something I want and flowing feelings of passion, happiness, gratitude and excitement about it!  Before long I am absolutely BUZZING with feel-good vibrations and attracting many positive experiences for the rest of the day.

2)  Positive thoughts, positive emotions.

Thoughts are really the foundation of our physical experience.  While thoughts alone don't really "create" anything, they DO trigger corresponding emotions - and those emotions are ENERGY!  One of the best things you can do for yourself on a regular basis is to seek out positive material to feed your mind.  Read uplifting and inspiring books, visit web sites that make you feel good, and generally avoid negative input as much as you can.  The more you focus on the positive side of things, the more easily you will be able to keep your frequency high and strong.

3)  Indulge your passions!

Passion is one feeling that skyrockets your energetic frequency.  Do you feel passionate about your work?  Do you have hobbies that you love working on?  If not, it's time to make some changes!  If you're unable to change your job at this time, at least make an effort to spend more of your free time doing things you love.  If you're not sure what you love to do, start exploring.  Take a few classes, read a book or two on topics that seem interesting, and before long you should have a better idea of activities that bring out your passion.  Then do them as often as possible!  The more you do, the higher your frequency will rise!

The most important thing to remember is that you DO have the power to choose your frequency according to the things you think, feel and do on a regular basis.  The more you choose to create and maintain a high, strong, positive frequency, the more positive experiences you'll attract into your life.
